Think what a better world it would
be if we all, the whole world, had
cookies and milk about three o'clock
every afternoon and then lay down
on our blankets for a nap.

Dunkable Brownie
170 g semi sweet chocolate
150 g butter
¾ cup cocoa
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups toasted chopper walnuts
Melt chocolate and butter. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
Stir sugar into chocolate until well blended. Mix in eggs. Stir in flour, cocoa, baking powder and vanilla. Stir in nuts. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls, 1½ inches apart, onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 12 minutes or until set, in 160C. Do not overbake! Cool 5 minutes; remove from cookie sheet. Cool completely on wire racks. Store in airtight container.
Makes about 3 dozen.
