Och nu talar jag om blodgrupper. Visst har jag hört talas om blodgruppsdieten, men jag har aldrig brytt mig om att sätta mig in i den. Tur är väl det för jag läser nu att: "Personer med denna blodgrupp förväntas vara muskulösa och ges rådet att äta en köttrik diet. Blodgrupp 0 ska inte äta en stor mängd mjölkprodukter, välj mer fett i form av smör, majonnäs, aioli, pesto, nötter och avokado."
Välmenande vänner har försäkrat mig att om jag bara åt rätt mat, skulle jag bli frisk som en nötkärna — det har nog varit en omdiskuterad diet, ända sedan den dök upp, men nu läser jag att den senaste forskningen inte kan finna något som stöder teorin.
Vad jag däremot aldrig hört talas om är att det finns en teori om att vårt temperament och personlighet styrs av vilken blodgrupp vi tillhör. Redan 1927 skrev en japansk professor vid namn Takeji Furukaw, en bok om detta. I japan tycks det fortfarande vara en omhuldad teori.
När jag läser vilka egenskaper jag förutsätts ha, tycker jag mest att det låter som vad veckotidningarna brukar ha att komma med när de tilldelar oss olika egenskaper beroende på i vilken stjärnbild vi är född.
